We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Commercial Manager to be a vital part of a transformative long-term infrastructure project in Western Sydney, with exciting possibilities for future expansions.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Manager for our South East Melbourne road upgrade project.
In this role, you will oversee the financial management of the project, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management. You’ll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring accurate financial forecasting, risk assessments, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the project team, you will provide financial insights and strategic support to drive the project towards successful delivery while maintaining financial integrity and delivering value to the community.

What you'll do:
- Financial reporting: Regularly update budgets and provide financial status reports to ensure project alignment.
- Risk management: Support the Project Manager in minimising risk exposure and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
- Cost control: Authorise cost transfers, manage subcontractor payments, and process claims in line with project requirements.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with clients and the site team on progress, variations, and financial documentation.
- Team support: Facilitate team performance, provide commercial guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Many of our projects are located in areas with limited to no public transport options. Therefore, all applicants must hold a current Driver's License and have their own transport.
